With over two decades of experience, Precious has reached the pinnacle of mental health leadership, serving as the Executive Director of a state-operated psychiatric hospital. A proficient Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, she combines process improvement methodology, holistic wellness strategies, spiritual empowerment tools, and personnel management techniques in her innovative style of wellness coaching.
